    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb Pasta - cooked and cooled
    • 1 Green Pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
    • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
    • 1 cup vinegar
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1 Tbls water
    • 1/2 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine pasta, pepper, onion and celery. Stir well
    2. In saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, water and salt. Heat until sugar is dissolved
    3. While warm, pour over pasta mixture.

    4. Let set overnight. Stirring often.
