Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb Pasta - cooked and cooled
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 Tbls water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine pasta, pepper, onion and celery. Stir well
- In saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, water and salt. Heat until sugar is dissolved
- While warm, pour over pasta mixture.
- Let set overnight. Stirring often.
