    List of Ingredients


    • 2 10oz pkg frozen broccoli
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 stick margarine
    • 1 can cream soup
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1 medium onion - chopped
    • 1 1/3 cup dry stuffing


    Instructions


    1. Cook broccoli and drain
    2. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, and onion. Mix with broccoli
    3. Place in 8x8 pan
    4. Sprinkle cheese on top
    5. Melt margarine and add to stuffing
    6. Place stuffing on top of broccoli
    7. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes
