    Kathe's Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup pumpkin
    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 1/2 t cinnamon
    • 1/4 t nutmeg
    • 1 qt vanilla ice cream - softened
    • 1 graham cracker crust


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients together and pour into a graham cracker crust.
