• 2 c. cornmeal
  
• 1/2 c. flour
  
• 2 tbsp. sugar
  
• 2 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1/2 tsp. b. soda
  
• 1 egg beaten
  
• 3/4 c. milk
  
• 3/4 c. cream corn
  
• oil
  






Instructions



1. 
   1.In bowl combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
   
   2.Add egg, milk and corn. Stir just until mixed.
   
   3.Heat oil to 375 degrees in deep fat fryer.
   
   4.Drop batter by tsps. in oil. Deep fry until golden brown.
