    1 lb ground beef

    ◦1 jar chunky salsa

    ◦1 c. corn

    ◦3/4 c. miracle whip

    ◦1 tbsp. chili powder

    ◦2 c. crushed tortilla chips crushed

    ◦2 c. jack cheese

    Instructions

    1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat. Drain. Stir in salsa, corn, miracle whip and chili powder. Layer 1/2 meat mix, chips, and cheese in 2 qt. casserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 min.
