    Broiled Sirloin Steak with Garlic Sauce

    2 lb sirloin steak

    ◦1 tsp. garlic powder

    ◦3 tbsp. butter

    ◦3 tbsp. worcestershire

    ◦1/2 c. A-1

    Recipe



    Melt butter in pan over low heat. Add garlic powder, worcestershire and A-1 sauce.

    2.Stir until well mixed. Heat to boiling

    3.Place steak on broiler pan. Remove sauce from heat and put sauce on steak. Make sure steak is covered with sauce. Place 3 inches below heat and cook 5 min.

    4.Cover other side with sauce. Cook 5 min. more
