Scalloped Pork Chops and Potatoes

5 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
◦1 c. chopped onion
◦salt and pepper
◦1 can cream soup
◦1/2 c. sour cream
◦6 pork chops
Recipe
In greased 13 x 9 inch pan layer 1/2 the potatoes and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeast layers. Combine the soup and sour cream over potato mix. Cover and bake at 375 degrees 30 min. Meanwhile in a skillet brown pork chops on both sides. Place chops on top of casserole. Cover and return to over 45 min. Uncover last 5 min. of baking.
