    You can make meatloaf by mixing Stove Top stuffing mix (seasoning packet and all) with a cup of milk, then when it is soft mix it in with the ground meat. Bake as usual. Or you can mix salsa, bread crumbs, and ground meat. Much easier than dicing all those onions, etc, and they come out really moist.
