Another one I claim as my own, but I got the idea from a web site about OAMC
List of Ingredients
4 t. salt
2 t. paprika
1 t. each cayenne pepper
onion powder
thyme
white pepper
garlic powder
black pepper
Recipe
Sprinkle all spices on the bird and put that baby in the oven at 250* for 5 hours. If you remember, baste the bird with any liquid that is on the bottom of the pan now and then. I have also used bone in chicken breasts, but used a roasting bag to keep the moisture in.
