    Another great smoothie recipe. Great for lunch or a mid-day snack. So good tasting and so good for you!

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. Pinapple Juice
    1 c. peeled & dice Mango
    1 c. sliced Banana
    1 c. diced Cantaloupe
    1 c. Ice Chips

    If you like a creamier smoothie, add 1 Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogart to this recipe.

    Directions:
    For smoothies, always prepare fruit ahead of time. I now have a freezer full of fruit! Clean, peel and cut the fruit into small chunks. Seperate into 1 c. portions and put into zip lock bags and freeze. Fruit tastes best if used within 2 weeks, but you can store it longer.

    When you're ready to create your smoothie, take fruit out of freezer and let stand for 20 min. first.

    Place juice, mango, banana, cantaloupe & ice into blender. Mix on low speed until mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing speed until mixture is smooth. You may have to stop blending several times to stir mixture and then start blending again. When mixture is smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!
