    Another great smoothie. These make a great lunch or a great mid-day snack.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. Orange Juice
    1 T. Honey (optional)
    1 c. peeled & diced Mango
    1 c. diced Pineapple
    1 c. sliced Banana
    1 c. low fat Vanilla Yogart (optional)
    1 c. Ice Chips

    Recipe



    Directions:
    Prepare fruit ahead of time. I now have a freezer full of fruit! Clean, peel and cut fruit into small chunks. Seperate into 1 c. portions and put into zip lock bags and freeze.

    When you're ready to create your smoothie, take fruit out of freezer and let stand for 20 min. first.

    Place juice, mango, pineapple, banana, honey, yogart and ice into blender (in that order.) Mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing speed until mixture is smooth. You will have to stop blending several times to stir mixture, then start blending again. When smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!
