    List of Ingredients




    3/4 C. all Purpose Flour
    3 T. Sugar
    1/4 t. Salt
    1/4 C. Butter, softened
    1 can Cherry Pie Filling
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Lite Cream Cheese, softened
    1/3 C. Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 t. Vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°
    In a small bowl combine the flour, sugar & salt. Add butter, stir until well combined. Press onto bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Pour pie filling into crust.
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Carefully spread around outside edge of pie, leaving a 3" circle of cherries exposed in the center. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool, then refrigerate for several hours before serving...
