Serves 4

List of Ingredients

1 T. Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
32 oz. Chicken Broth
11 oz. package Tortellini
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 C. fresh Spinach
14 1/2 oz. can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 8 oz. can Tomatoe Sauce
Parmesan Cheese


Recipe

Saute olive oil in saucepan over medium heat; add garlic; saute for a minute or so. Stir in broth, bring to a boil; add tortellini. Bring to a boil again then reduce heat, add salt & pepper. Simmer until tortellini is tender. Stir in spincah, tomatoes and tomatoe sauce; simmer for another 5 minutes. Top with parmesan.
