"Walnut Romaine Salad"

I am a big salad fan. Put in the veggies you like to create your own salad. The honey mustard dressing is delicious.
List of Ingredients
1 bunch Romaine, torn
1 bunch Red Leaf or Spinach, torn
1 small Zucchini, chopped
1 small Cucumber, cut in 1/2, seeded & sliced
1-2 Tomato, chopped
1 small Red Onion, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 C. Carrot, chopped
1 Celery Stalk, chopped
1 small bunch Broccoli, chopped
1 C. Cauliflower, chopped
4 Radishes, chopped
1/2 C. seasoned Salad Croutons (optional)
1/4 C. chopped Walnuts
Dressing:
6 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Red Wine Vinegar or Cider Vinegar
2 T. Dijon Mustard
2 T. Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced

In a large bowl, toss romaine, red leaf or spinach, zucchini, cucumber, tomatoe, onion, green pepper, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, croutons & walnuts. In a small bowl, wisk the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic & pepper until smooth. (You can make the dressing ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator in a cruet). Serve the dressing with the salad... Delicious!
Number Of Servings: 4-6 nice size salads
