Recipe Introduction

This recipe is designed for a bread machine. Just smelling this bread will drive you crazy! Add ingredients in the order listed--all should be at room temperature.

List of Ingredients

For a 1 1/2 pound loaf:

2 tbsp. active dry yeast
3 1/8 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
3 tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/8 cup water



Recipe

Select 2-3 cups basic bread. Select "light" for the color of the bread.
