SWEET PEPPER SHRIMP

One of our favorite ways of grilling shrimp
List of Ingredients
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and butterflies, leaving tail
- 1 bottle Tiger Sauce
- 6 strips bacon, cut in half
- 12 toothpicks
- 1 cup chopped red, yellow, & green peppers
Instructions
- Wrap each strip with bacon and secure with toothpick.
- In a plastic container, pour enough Tiger sauce to cover shrimp. Marinate 12 hours.
- Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Fire up barbecue pit. Line grill with foil. Punch small holes in foil to allow drippings to fall on charcoal to produce smoke.
- Cook shrimp until golden and bacon is crisp/
- Pour marinade and remainder of tiger sauce in saucepan and add chopped peppers. Bring to a boil.
- Drizzle marinade mixture over shrimp on a plate and serve.
