    SWEET PEPPER SHRIMP

    Recipe Introduction


    One of our favorite ways of grilling shrimp


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 large shrimp, peeled and butterflies, leaving tail
    • 1 bottle Tiger Sauce
    • 6 strips bacon, cut in half
    • 12 toothpicks
    • 1 cup chopped red, yellow, & green peppers


    Instructions


    1. Wrap each strip with bacon and secure with toothpick.
    2. In a plastic container, pour enough Tiger sauce to cover shrimp. Marinate 12 hours.
    3. Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
    4. Fire up barbecue pit. Line grill with foil. Punch small holes in foil to allow drippings to fall on charcoal to produce smoke.
    5. Cook shrimp until golden and bacon is crisp/
    6. Pour marinade and remainder of tiger sauce in saucepan and add chopped peppers. Bring to a boil.
    7. Drizzle marinade mixture over shrimp on a plate and serve.
