    BALSAMIC LEMON CHICKEN

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. lemon zest
    1 Tbsp. dry basil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Broil in 9x13 pyrex for 15 minutes each side.
    Lest rest 10 minutes, slice in strips.


    ***I baked mine at 450 for 15 mins.. and then down to 400 for another 10 mins*****
    I really enjoyed this recipe..turned out really nicely
