    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
    Dash Worcestershire sauce
    Dash red wine vinegar
    Pinch of salt, pepper, red pepper
    optional: mix in 1/4 c. bacon pieces

    Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
