Recipe Introduction


I made this one year for Christmas and it was really a hit. Tasted like the bought.


List of Ingredients




1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups boiling water
1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring
2 cups vodka
1/8 tsp. green food coloring


Recipe



Stir sugar into boiling water in bowl until sugar dissolves. Cool.

Add flavoring, vodka and food coloring. Pour into containers. Let stand in cool spot for 2 weeks. Ready for use or for gifts. Makes approximately 4 3/4 cups (1L) of liqueur.
