List of Ingredients
1 banana, cut into pieces
1 cup diced fresh or frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya
strawberries)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or ricotta cheese
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (optional, if using
frozen fruit)
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup (optional)Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
