2 cups milk
4 teaspoons TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
Recipe
1 PLACE milk and Taster's Choice in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add ice cream, ice, sugar and peppermint extract; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note:
For a richer taste, try Taster's Choice Gourmet Roast, or for a soothing cup use Taster's Choice Decaffeinated 100% Pure Instant Coffee.
