List of Ingredients




8 c. water
4 c. sugar
2 bananas
48 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
Juice of 2 oranges
juice of 2 lemons
26 oz. lemon juice (optional)



Recipe



Boil water and sugar gently for 20 minutes. Cool. Blend 2 bananas in blender and add rest of ingreients. Mix all ingredients and put in icecream pails for freezing. During first hour of freezing stir occasionally until mixture is crystalized.
