    5 1/2 - 6 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. melted butter
    cinnamon and sugar mixture

    Measure 1 3/4 c. flour in large mixing bowl. Stir in: sugar, yeast and salt. Heat milk, shortening and water until warm. Pour into flour mixture. Add eggs and beat with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Continue beating for 3 minutes on high speed until smooth. Stir in 2 3/4 c. to 3 1/4 c. flour by hand. Dough will be soft and sticky. Knead for 3 minutes. Let rise 20 minutes. Shape dough into walnut size balls. Dip into melted butter then in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place in greased bread pan or bundt pan. Keep placing balls of dough until all dough is in pan. Let rise in pan 40 - 60 minutes. Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.
