List of Ingredients




2 eggs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 lg. ground beef
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried hot chillis, to sauce (optional)

Recipe



Beat 2 egggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in the pkg of onion soup mix, add the ketchup, water and bread crumbs. Mix well and add ground beef. Mix well. Place in casserole and shape.

Make sauce with the last four ingredients (brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and mustard) Mix together and pour over meatloaf. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.
