Italian Style Meatloaf

List of Ingredients
1 can condensed tomato with basil and oregano soup
1/4 cup water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
Recipe
Combine soup and water in small saucepan. Spread 1/4 cup mixture over base of loaf pan, set remainder aside.
Combine beef, rolled oats, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce and egg in large bowl. Press mixture into 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven of 350 degrees until beef is cooked through-50 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Heat reserved woup mixture to boil, stirring often. Simmer 2 minutes and spoon over meat loaf slices.
Serves 4.
