Mushroom Bacon Burgers

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup water
6 slices Cheddar cheese
6 round sandwich rolls, split
6 slices bacon, cooked
6 slices red onion
Recipe
SHAPE beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick.
COOK patties in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
PLACE cheese on patties and cook until cheese is melted. Serve on rolls. Top with bacon and onion. Serves 6.
