List of Ingredients
1 lb. steak
2 tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 minced garlic clove
2 green peppers, sliced
1 cup beef broth
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Recipe
Slcie the meat thinnly. In frying pan, heat oil and brown the steak, onion and garlic. Add green peppers and broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and water. Stir into mixture and cook until thickened.
