Recipe Introduction
Great for left over roast beef. Something a little diffrent
List of Ingredients
Left over roast beef, or steak, sliced very thinnly
1 medium onion, sliced very thinly, and left in rings
1/2 green pepper, sliced very thinly, and cut into strips
1/2 can of mushrooms (stems and pieces) or fresh mushrooms
salt and pepper
Grated Mozzarella cheese
bbq sauce and/or mayonaise
Kaiser buns, fresh
Recipe
Pam spray a cookie sheet. Arrange beef on it. In saucepan, saute onions, peppers, mushrooms, and salt and pepper. Cover the beef with onion mixture and top with grated cheese. Put in 300 degree oven until the cheese is melted and beef is heated throughly. About 20 minutes. Serve on fresh kaiser buns, with your preference of hickory bbq sauce, or mayonaise.
