Blueberry Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients




8 oz. yellow cake, 1 layer size
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 cup peeled and diced apple
1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, and thawed adn patted dry)
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Recipe



Mix cake according to directions. Stir in flour. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan.

Sprinkle apple and blueberries over top. Press lightly. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes until toothpicks come out clean. Serves 9.
