    List of Ingredients

    Base:
    1 cup butter
    1 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 cups flour

    Topper:

    1 cup butter
    4 tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tbsp. corn syrup

    Recipe

    For the base, cream butter, sugar, eggs and cocoa, together. Add flour. Bake in 15x10 pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

    For the topper, mix ingredients and put in double boiler. Stir until disolved. Pour over base while hot and bake approximately 10 minutes. ice when cold with chocholate icing.
