Chocholate Zucchini Cake

1 1/2 cup unsifted flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup margerine or butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside. Beat butter and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini. Alternately stir in the dry ingredients and the milk into the zucchini mixture, including nuts in the last addition. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
