Crumble Cake with Coconut Icing

List of Ingredients




¾ Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Cloves
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
¾ Cup Sour Milk

Icing
5 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Cream
½ Cup Coconut


Recipe



Pour in cake pan and bake in mod oven till toothpick comes clean.

Icing Instructions
Boil 2 minutes- Pour on cake and brown in oven.

This is my grandma Florrie Moncrieff's recipe. She lived all 91 years of her life in Saskatchewan, her father Albert Norton was one of the founding settlers in Senlac in 1905.
