    List of Ingredients

    2 pkg. graham crackers
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding(3 1/2 oz.)
    8 oz. cool whip
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2-1oz. squares unsweetened chocolate
    3 T. butter
    2t. white karo syrup
    1t. vanilla
    11/2c. powdered sugar
    3T. milk

    Recipe

    Butter a 9x13 pan. Add one layer of graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk til thick. Blend in cool whip. Pour half that over the graham crackers then add another layer of graham crackers and pour remaining mix on that. Then top with the third layer of grahma crackers. For the frosting melt butter and chocolate on low. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour over the top layer of graham crackers. Should chill overnight.
    Additional Comments:
    This is best if chilled overnight but can be served sooner.
