    Rozy Rhubarb Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Batter:
    2 cups flour
    2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 cup milk

    Crumb mixture:
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/4 cup margerine or butter

    Recipe

    Mix and spread the batter in 9x13 pan. Sread on bottom and a little up the sides. Mix 6 cups cut up rhubarb with 1-3-1/2 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin. Spread on top of first mixture.

    Crumb topping: Mix and put this crumb mixture on top of rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Keep refridgerated.
