Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

List of Ingredients




1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup boiling water
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Recipe



Melt butter, add brown sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. In a separate bow, dissolve coca and baking soda in boiling water. Blend cocoa mixture into first mixture. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Pour batter into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minuites. Frost with cocolate buttercream frosting or fudge frosting.
