List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3 egg whites
Recipe
Cream butter. Add vanilla while doing this. Gradually add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Mix dry ingredients, add alternately with milk. Blend well, but do not overmix. Beat egg whites until stiff, folf into batter with spatula. Pour batter into 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
