    List of Ingredients




    2 cups water
    1 lb. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup diced cauliflower
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped turkey ham or turkey bacon
    2 cups half and half

    Recipe



    In a large pot, bring to boil 2 cups water. Add mixture of shredded cheese and cornstarch. Stir constantly. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Remove from heat. In skillet, sauté in 1/2 cup butter, all vegetables and turkey ham or turkey bacon. Put all vegetables into cheese mixture. Heat and add half and half. Can be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator.

    Servings: 8
