    Pistashio Cheese Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Base:

    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. margerine
    2 tbsp. icing sugar
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts


    Recipe

    Base:

    Press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

    1st layer:

    8 oz. cream cheese (beat) Blend 1/2 c. icing sugar. Fold 500 ml cool whip. Spread on base.

    2nd layer:

    2 pkg pistachio pudding, 2 1/2 c. milk. Beat until thick enough to spread on cake.

    3rd layer: Sread 500 ml of cool whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Chill 12 hours in fridge.

    Substitute base:

    3 c. wafer crumbs
    6 tbsp. icing sugar
    2/3 c. margerine, melted
