    Chicken Cordon Bleu

    List of Ingredients

    3 large boneless chicken breasts
    6 thin ham slices
    6 oz. swiss cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tbsp. margerine
    Chicken bullion powder to taste
    1/2 c. boiling water
    10 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. wine or apple juice
    2 tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. toasted almonds

    Recipe

    Pound chicken flat with mallet to 1/4" thick. Sprinkle with salt. Lay ham slice on top and then cheese slice. Rolle like jelly roll, tucking in the sides. Skewer or tie. Coat rolls in 1st amount of flour. Let stand 20 minutes. Brown in margerine in frying pan.
