List of Ingredients




1 cup cold water
3/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup light cream or whipping cream
3 tablespoons instant chocolate malted milk powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
1 cup ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)

Recipe



In a blender container combine water, milk, light cream or whipping cream, instant malted milk powder, sugar and coffee crystals. Cover and blend until smooth.

With blender running, add ice cubes, through hole in lid, one at a time, blending until crushed. Pour into chilled glasses.

If desired, top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.


Makes 4 (6 oz) servings
