8 oz. cream cheese, softened
red apples, cored and sliced
1 jar Marshmallow creme
green apples, cored and sliced
1 tsp. ginger
1 heaping tsp. grated orange peel
pineapple chunks
cheese squares
assorted wheat snack crackers




Recipe

Put cream cheese, Marshmallow creme, ginger and orange peel in blender; blend well. Put the blended dip in a bowl in center of large plate. Place slices of red apples, green apples, cheese chunks (with toothpicks stuck in), pineapple chunks (with toothpicks stuck in) and snack crackers, all attractively arranged around the outer circle of the plate.
