    Super Chocolate Fudge

    Recipe Introduction

    Note: Fudge may be well wrapped and frozen for up to 6 weeks. Thaw at room temperature before cutting.

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg. (350 g) chocholate semi sweet chips
    1 can eaglebrand sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/4 cup icing sugar
    pinch salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe

    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocholate chips with condensed milk, stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in waxed paper lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2-3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper, cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 2 lbs.
