This tastes like cheesecake in a glass. My kids just love this.

3 graham crackers, crushed
2 types of low fat yoghurt, any flavor
fresh or frozen berries or your choice
Recipe
Assemble in a parfait or clear glass in the order given:
A sprinkle of crumbs
Yoghurt
berries
Repeat
Make ahead and let sit a few hours, so the crumbs soften. Tastes like cheesecake.
