    ½ Unflavoured Gelatin Envelope
    ½ cup (125ml) Boiling Water
    1 can (300ml) Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
    ½ cup (125ml) Lemon Juice
    1 cup (250ml) FOOD SOURCE FAT FREE Whipped Dressing
    2 tsp (10ml) Lemon Rind
    1 cup (250ml) Fresh Strawberries, sliced
    1 Strawberry Fruit Glaze Envelope Low Fat Granola (optional)

    Recipe



    Prepare the fruit glaze according to the directions on the package. Mix half of the sliced strawberries with the fruit glaze. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. While stirring slowly pour the lemon juice into the mixture. Add FOOD SOURCE FAT FREE Whipped Dressing and blend until smooth. Stir in the lemon rind. In a parfait glass, add a few sliced strawberries, a layer of filling, glaze and repeat the layers as desired. Chill for 2 to 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with low fat granola before serving.

    Serves 6 small parfaits - You don't need large portions. Change up the recipe using different fruit or make the parfaits in small plastic containers to freeze for your lunch bag.
