1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup cold water
2 tbsp. gelatin powder (any flavor)
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Recipe



Put all ingredients in double boiler over boiling water. Beat until icing will stand in firm shape. Remove from heat. Beat another one minute. Spread on cake.
