Cranberry Orange Jelly

1 qt. cranberry juice
6 c. sugar
1 c. orange peel, cut into large pieces
6 oz. liquid fruit pectin
paraffin, melted
Recipe
Sterilize 4 (8oz.) jelly glasses. Leave in hot water until ready to use.
In large, deep saucepan, combine juice & sugar. Tie the orange peel securely in double thickness cheesecloth. Add to cranberry mixture.
Stir over high heat until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a full rolling boil. Add pectin. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove pan from heat. Discard orange peel. Skim off any foam.
Ladle into hot sterilized jelly glasses. Immediately cover with 1/8" hot parrafin.
Let cool. Then cover witha lid.
