Frog egg jam ( Kiwi Jam)

This is a wonderful jam. Great to serve on St. Patricks Day, and very interesting to the kids considering its name.
List of Ingredients
3 cups chopped kiwi
1 package dry pectin
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
4 cups sugar
Recipe
1. Combine kiwi, pectin and pineapple juice in large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, stir constantly.
3. Add sugar.
4. stir until dissolved.
5. Return to rolling boil.
6. Boil for 1 minute.
7. Stir constantly.
8. Remove from heat.
9. Skim off foam.
10. Ladle hot jam into hot jars.
11. Leave 1/4 inch headspace.
12. put on 2 piece lids.
13. Process for 10 minutes in hot water bath.
