Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1c oil
2c sugar
1T vanilla
2c shredded zucchini(about 1 med zucchini)
2-1/2c flour
1/2c baking cocoa
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1tsp gr cinnamon
1/4tsp baking powder

Recipe





In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar & vanilla.
Stir in zucchini.
Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture & mix well.
Pour into 2-greased 8x4 loaf pans.
Bake @ 350º for 1 hr or until bread tests done.

Makes 2 loaves
