List of Ingredients




3 cups mik
1 cup corn meal
1 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 beaten egg yolks
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Recipe




Scald milk, add cornmeal and cook for 5 minutes, stirring smooth. Add butter, sugar and salt. Add egg yolks, then fold in egg whites. Bake in greased dish at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve from dish with butter or gravy.
