Coconut Tarts

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 cup coconut
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
marmalade
Recipe
Mix all ingredients well. Line 12 tart tins with pastry. Put small teaspoon of marmalade in bottom o tart shells. Add small amount of filling until shells are 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
